Doing a good deed is a pleasure, like enjoying a glass of excellent wine. For the fourth year running, Valdichiana Designer Village is proud to host Anteprima Cantine Aperte, in aid of Meyer Children’s Hospital and in collaboration with the Wine Tourism Movement of Tuscany, Umbria and Emilia-Romagna. All proceeds from the event will be donated to ‘Accoglienza Famiglie’, the project set up to offer practical and caring support to the parents of children treated at the hospital. With the admission charge starting from a minimum donation of €10, you can both make a difference and treat yourself to a special day out. As well as wine tasting, there will be activities designed to boost solidarity and support the initiative. The date of the event is set for 23 May, starting at 4:30pm, in Piazza Maggiore. Look forward to a journey to explore the region’s finest wines, plus entertainment and delicious food from Billi’s in the form of the brand’s mini hamburgers.
